Hi Reader!

I’m still on cloud nine after my wedding last week.

The weather was perfect! We were surrounded by so much love. And I’m obsessed with the sneak peek photos our wedding photographer sent over.

As much as I enjoy a social media break every now and then, I also know that a well-intended break can easily turn into ghosting my profile.

Which you and I do not want as business owners who use social media to market our businesses.

I’m going to take my own advice this week with the 3 easy (I repeat, EASY) and practical tips I follow to stay consistent with posting... when you don’t feel like posting in the first place.

Ready?!

❤️Tip 1: Post carousels❤️

In a world where your FYP is full of reels, it’s easy to forget other forms of content still exist.

Carousels are one of the best-performing content formats and they don’t require you to get on camera.

You can educate on a topic, share a story, or repurpose longer-form content into the slides.

❤️Tip 2: Strong hooks matter❤️

You already know the first line of your caption needs to stop the scroll.

And if you’re totally stumped on what hook to use?

Go back into your analytics and use a hook that performed well as inspiration.

Or you can get some hook ideas from my Caption Crush freebie.

Questions, bold statements, and relatable feelings are all good options for a strong hook.

❤️Tip 3: Don’t overthink Stories❤️

Stories are supposed to be fun!

They are casual and the perfect place for your audience to connect with you.

Raw, behind-the-scenes style content actually performs better than polished graphics.

So, don’t let imposter syndrome or perfectionism keep you from showing up on socials.

Instagram doesn’t have to be complicated.

But if it still feels complicated for you, let’s chat about getting social media marketing off your plate.

All you have to do is reply to this email and I’ll send over some details on how we can make social media less complicated for you.
