On a normal day, grabbing the mail is about as exciting as going to the grocery store on a Tuesday.
It’s just something you do.
But every so often, when I catch a glimpse of a colorful envelope and a stamp (a real stamp!), I know it’s going to be a good day.
Addressed to Tiffany Lora.
I flip the envelope over. Slide my pointer finger under the flap... and then proceed to absolutely demolish the envelope as I rip it open.
As I gently pull the piece of stationary out and read the sweet message on the card, the BIGGEST smile grows on my face and in my heart.
There’s nothing like receiving a handwritten letter in the mail 💝.
(Okay, maybe receiving your Amazon order after you've been tracking your driver is more exciting? But like, letters hit different!).
That’s how a good email newsletter should be.
I know I talk about social media marketing 98% of the time, but I’d be doing you a disservice if I didn’t remind you how beneficial email marketing can be for your business.
It’s a way to connect. On a personal level!
(No content shot planning list, tripod, or good hair day required).
And the best email marketing strategy works hand in hand with your social media marketing.
Using social media as your discovery platform, you (or I 😉) post in your feed and in stories.
Yes, the goal is to increase followers and brand awareness. But when you're also using email marketing, part of our strategy is to get your followers over to your email list.
Why? Because you don’t own your social media platform. You DO own your email list.
At Socially Yours xo, we treat email marketing is like a love letter to your audience.
It’s the perfect way to nurture your warmer clients and leads without it feeling salesy.
If growing your email list has been on your mind, now is the perfect time for you to start.
(Especially if you want to stay top-of-mind during November and December when everyone and their mom decides to pick up their email marketing again 🤭).
You can book a complimentary connection call here, so I can go over your next best steps.
